As we all know that Stephen William Hawking was the greatest scientist of the 21st Century and an idol for all. By his determination , he proved that Disability is not a stumbling block in the path of sucess.






Stephen William Hawking was born on 8th January,1942. Till Stephen William Hawking was 9 year old, He was not a bright student. His grades were the lowest in class because he was not intrested in Bookish Knowledge. He opened clocks and radios to know the mechanism and to see that how they worked. Therefore, the title EINSTEIN was given to him










In 1963, at the age of just 21, he sufered from a Motor Neuron Disease called Amyotrophic lateral Sclerosis that has gradully paralysed his body. He had a small computer attached on his wheelchair as a communication device controlled by the movements of his cheek muscles (after he lost the use of his hand due to paralysis).










In 2007, Hawking took the Zero Gravity Flight to get the feeling of Free Fall. He was able to float out of the wheelchair and perorm acrobatics in Zero Gravity. He did so because he said that in future due to Global Warming and Nuclear was, the Earth might not be habitable anymore. He supported Tourist Space in which normal people can travel to Outer Space and can feel the atmosphere of the space
